At Kokan Matrimony, we aim to provide a fair and transparent experience for all our members. While we offer free basic usage, users who choose to upgrade to paid membership plans are covered under the following refund policy:
Membership purchases can be cancelled within 15 days of the transaction date.
A full refund will be provided if the request is made within this period and the account has not used paid features (such as sending interests, viewing contacts, or messaging).
Refunds will not be processed if paid features have been actively used during the membership.
No refunds will be entertained after 15 days from the purchase date.
Refunds are not applicable to free plans, promotional offers, or special discounts.
In case of duplicate transactions or technical errors, a full refund will be issued upon verification.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
